Holy cow, that rhubarb cake! I will definitely be making that this week. We had a lovely trip to the farmers market this week and came home with lots of strawberries and rhubarb, and it'll be nice to feature the rhubarb on its own. Plus, I made her raspberry buttermilk cake 24/7 last summer, and it'll be good to have a new cake on rotation for summer fun!
